- our founder and president is Bill D. with 52 years of continuous sobriety now residing in both Astoria and Memphis, Tennessee. He has 5 beautiful adult productive children and a happy wife of nearly 50 years. It works! He is happy, joyous and free.

- We are fully staffed with Doctors, accredited counselors and we are fully licensed by the State of Oregon. Someone is on call 24 hours a day and we are available to shuttle to and from the aiport when necessary.
