I was a victim of this facility and its staff. It is very sad that people with a sincere desire to help themselves should have to endure the type of treatment the people at this facility are capable of.
I thought I was checking into a treatment program, and found out quickly that I was in an addiction BUSINESS.
One of the female staff, obviously an old cocaine addict, named Jennifer observed that I seemed to only be in the program for the Suboxone. DUH!!!! It certainly wasn't for the (very poorly run) group sessions, nor was it to interact with the adninistrative staff with their "God Complex". Gary was the absolute worst!!
He talks AT you, and doesn't listen to you or empathize at all.
Expect to be pre-judged, and treated like a derelict no matter who you are, and for cryin' out loud, don't challenge the treatment staff intellectually. The last thing on their agenda is to actually try and communicate with you!!
They are simply in the addiction business.
If you do not agree to their incredibly time consuming and expensive "therapy" they will withold your medicine.
I saw their "counsellor" named Wallace, refuse to help a woman who had her Suboxone stolen and she was in severe withdrawal. He was SO smug and uncaring.
These people are SICK!!

Choose another program if you can.

I checked into the STOP program and had to pay in cash.
I asked if I could use a check or credit card, but they would only accept cash as the initial payment.
I got the Suboxone, and got off the opiates. I didn't have quite as bad an experience as the last person who wrote a review, but I do agree that there are most likely better facilities out there.
Bharati's staff are pretty messed up!!

Hey, at least I'm off the Oxies!!
These people will become your new "pusher" and are not there to help you. They are there to turn a buck at your expense.
They have access to a very powerful drug called suboxone, and use it as a manipulative tool to keep thier "patients" in submission. They will get you "hooked on thier drug, and then hold the access to it over your head in order to manipulate you into as much expense as possible.
They fully understand that they have the power, just like a street drug pusher.
Do not expect to receive or be allowed to participate in a fair and balanced program where feelings and individuality matter.
They subscribe to very low ethical standards, and have no problem with lying to their "clients"
You will stand a better chance with some of their male "counsellors" if you are an attractive woman. There is an obvious bias with the male staff toward sexually available females, and considerably different and preferential treatment toward them.
They are no better that the shuck and jive drug dealers on the street. They are actually worse, because at least you know up front that the street pusher just wants your money. They veil their drug dealing and manipulation in the guise of treatment. Illegal drugs are available at their group meetings through "clients" and when informed of the situation, they ignore it.

THEY DO NOT CARE, and they are more messed up than the people they "treat"

BEWARE!!! They just want to keep you hooked!!
