Before coming to Excel I spent my life living in relapse, every day I told myself I was going to stop drinking. The IV program cleared my body and mind of the toxins so I could work on the psychological reasons of why I was using alcohol. This program and all its members, especially those who participate in the group therapy, have shone me that I am not alone and there is no reason to be ashamed. The group members and counselors have been the foundation of my sobriety and recovery. This is the first program I have been involved in that I have not been belittled, criticized or looked down upon. This program is designed to BUILD YOU UP, not tear you down.
