Family Program Description

Family participation is encouraged and famiy therapy is a big part of Miracle House, Inc. We fell this is a family disease. We recommend family sessions as well as other group sessions treating the whole person.

Miracles for Moms is a dual-diagnostic facility with a long history in Ventura, California. Our philosophy for recovery comes from years of experience and encompasses four elements:
(1) Chemical Dependency Education & Counseling
(2) Individual, Family and Group therapy
(3) Integration into the work environment &
(4) 12-Step meetings and development of the sponsor relationship.
Chemical dependency education and counseling using the 12-step model. Educating the individual about the effects of chemical abuse on the brain and body is essential in assisting the client in making a commitment to recovery.
The Miracle House philosophy derived from a study that works.
