Ask yourself this question; how long has it been since you totally "lost it" to laughter? Do you sometimes go an entire day without laughing...a week?

Laughter feels good. Laughter comes from a spirit that is light and free. Why don't we laugh more? Is it because laughter requires some loss of control? Is it because you cannot laugh without beingin the present? Is it because you just don't see anything to laugh about right now?

Men just think and act differently when confronted with addiction. They are driven to take action immediately rather than to talk about the problem with others as women generally do first. When repeated attempts to fix the problem fail, men become angry and frustrated thinking they are a failure.
