Needed 2 vent

Today's been rough so far. I got into a car accident yesterday and all i wanted to do was get high. I didn't , thank God, but I hate that I still feel that. It drives me nuts. I been clean only 4 a short time, but it's been ok. i go to an IOP, it's only 2 days a week tho. I love it there. The people are awesome there. Well, that's all for now. Just needed 2 vent.  = )

I commend you on your honesty! This is a recovery coommunity... speak your mind. I'm glad you didn't use, and you are to be commended for that ... I'd give you a hug if I was there. Heep up the good work, and remember, it's that eternal vigilence that keeps us safe... and alive for that matter! Many Blessings, and thanks for talking about it smilies/smiley.gif

P.S. You might find it helpful to start posting in the forums... might take a little getting used to, but it's one of the most easy to use and powerful forum systems available, and I strongly encourage to begin discussions there... it's a perfect place to vent (this is too, so don't stop here...) but whereas here you get feedback in the form of comments, there you get real interactive discussion...
