My wife is in treatment at the Waverly facility. She has encountered numerous mistakes by the nursing staff. When these issues we addressed by me, her husband, it took a week for anyone to acknowledge the mistakes and nothing was done about them. As a caring family member, I found their lack of responsiveness deplorable. I think they were hoping I would just go away. For a treatment center dealing in truthfulness and accountability, they should read some of their own literature!
