Cottage Health Care is determined to assist people and their families that suffer from the disease of addiction. We know and understand the life altering consequences involved with substance use and strive to facilitate change in people’s lives. Our mission involves providing the care needed to support people in recovery and foster development of new life skills. We use the evidenced based curriculum, Living In Balance, and incorporate the Stages of Change model and Motivational Interviewing to encourage new behaviors.
