I have been a patient for a year and a half. Lines use to be terrible with long waits. But thankfully that is a thing of the past the new system works great!! Most days there are only a few in line or nobody in line, and it's straight to a window! If you are serious about treatment you will do fine here. The clinic also offers a variety of groups. You are required to join one group. The amount of times you must attend a group varies on your phase. That is the amount of time you've been a patient and results of drug screens.I am D phase I only come once a week, I dose, get my take-homes and attend group. I wish the best to all looking for treatment.

As long as you do what you are supposed to do (follow the rules) this place should work for you. It has the things you need to get well, but you have to be willing to use the program the way it is meant to be used.
As far as waiting in line, they have put a new system into place to cut way down on wait times.
