My Son went into the Recovery Place last summer. I conferred with a collegue of my husband who I had recalled raved about the help his son received when in residential Treatment there. The program is tailored around the "total" person, their family, their addictions, their choices, their "recovery" and follow up. Follow up is key to their model of "recovery" becoming a life long "habit" .These folks are educated, passionate and have developed a program that focuses on getting the addict to a place of recovering from the addictive behavior and then on to creating a life, support system, behaviors, habits, new patterns of thinking and choosing for themselves that becomes integrated within their lifestyle.
If you are a parent struggling to discern between a program that is a "business" and a program where the treatment model and staff "walk the talk" and care, I can say wholeheartedly that the Recovery Place is the "real deal".

This facility should be shut down It is the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. They dropped my son off at a halfway house in a bad part of the city without any food, shelter, or money. Their business practices do not lend to successful rehabilitation. They just wanted the insurance money and that was it. They never called to see if he made it home, in Texas. I wish I could have found some reviews.
