The Florida House Experience is housed on a beautiful 3 acre tropical campus located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. We are a gender specific 200 bed facility that offers an array of programs and services from residential licensed treatment, intensive out-patient (with/without housing) to extended sober living all on our campus. We also have "The Room" that offers daily 12-step meeting for our clients and alumni and our newly opened Jojo's Cafe featuring freshly prepared meals daily under a licensed nutritionist. Our staff is made up of licensed and certified professionals headed by our medical director, renowned psychiatrist and addictionologist Dr. A. Morales who is extremely adept at working with dual-diagnosis clients. Using a long term care model of treatment (an alternative to the "Florida Model") we are able to work with clients to address frequently co-occurring Axis II personality pathology. We are committed to comprehensive, quality, long term care at an affordable price and to maintain a consistent and stable continuum of care each client receives services from the same treatment team from admission to discharge. Each month we offer a 3 day family workshop where families are invited to participate in treatment and engage in therapeutic discourse in an effort to learn about maintaining healthy relationships in recovery. Our length of stay is variable and customized to fit each individual's unique needs.
